work. Shift: 7:15 AM - 6:45 PM Experience: • 18 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience. •
Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. •
Trauma Level 2 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required
for submission). • This role may require floating to additional
units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • Flu vaccination
required for submission. Religious and medical declinations
accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement
allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. • 12
months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program -
Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at
Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. Pre-employment

must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty
within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within

Skills/Experience: Administration of chemotherapy, Body fluid
handling post Chemotherapy, Continuous Infusion of chemotherapy, IV
push administration of chemotherapy, Management/disposal cytotoxic
spills, Monitor chemotherapy, Oral Administration of chemotherapy,
Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab values. Required IV
Therapy/Infusion Skills/Experience: Accessing Ports, Administration
of coagulation factors, Antifungals, Antivirals, Blood/Blood
product administration, Care and management of ports, Central line
blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line Care, PICC line care,
Starting IVs. Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching Hospital
Experience. Community Hospital Experience. LTAC Experience. Skills:
Inpatient oncology, Active Immunotherapy Specific/Non Specific,
Administration of Interferons, Administration of Interleukins,
Recognize/manage side effects, Leukemia/Blood Dyscrasias,
Lymphoma/Non-Hodgkins lymphoma, Hospice care, Patient/Family
education and support, Withholding/withdrawing treatment,
Alteration in skin and mucous membranes, Altered mental status,
Constipation/diarrhea, Dysphagia, Edema, Nausea/vomiting,
Neuropathy. Required Credentials: ID: Drivers License/State ID,
Government-Issued Photo ID. Preferred Credentials: ONS/ONCC.
Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost: parking permit required, no
cost. Will fill out form during orientation. Special Requests: Open
to accommodating block schedule: Discuss schedule requests with
manager. Shift & Scheduling: 3x12 or 4x12s. Weekend Req: Will work
every other weekend. Floating Requirements: Will float as needed.
Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s
near by. Details: • AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an
auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the
facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be
arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at
application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the
manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this
job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse
within 24hrs or the offer must be declined. 5 days maximum time
