work. Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: • 18 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. •
Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. •
Trauma Level 1 experience is preferred from any number of months
Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required
for submission). • This role may require floating to additional
units and locations • Local & travel allowed. • Flu vaccination
required for submission. Religious and medical declinations
accepted. • 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program:
Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement
allowed at Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. • 12
months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Aya Program -
Memorial Health System - IL and no current placement allowed at
Program: Aya Program - Memorial Health System - IL. Pre-employment
modules may be required for this role. Please upload any

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Med Surg RN
- Urology/Nephrology. References must cover at least 1 full year of
relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Required
Skills/Experience: IV therapy/phlebotomy, blood product
administration, central line blood draw, peripheral line
care/management, PICC line management, starting and maintaining
IVs, respiratory care including chest tubes–Emerson/PleurEvac,
CPAP/BiPAP, high flow nasal cannula (HFNC), nasal cannula,
non-invasive airway management, oral suctioning, oxygen tanks,
heparin administration, isolation precautions, wound care/wound
vac, med/surg, MS/Tele, pre/post hemodialysis management, renal
failure, telemetry–remote monitoring, use of rapid response/code
teams, cardiac monitoring and emergency response. First-timers
accepted: Yes - Want to see they have a solid foundation as an RN
if they are new to travel. > 2 year’s experience in
medical/surgical nursing. Will work Charge as needed for this
assignment. Previous Charge Experience Preferred Skills/Experience:
Phlebotomy , colostomy care and management , feeding tube care and
management , PCA , kidney transplant , urology/nephrology .
Teaching Hospital Experience Unit/Facility Details: Parking Cost:
parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form during
orientation. Special Requests: RTO – we can auto-approve 5 days of
non holiday RTO or less. Anything more requires facility approval.
Shift & Scheduling: 4x12 or 3x12 Will work every other weekend Is
on-call REQ? No. Floating Requirements: Will float to other Medical
Surgical units You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of
signing. 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/26/2026,
12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1 1
reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference
type) - required after submission 1 reference from any number of
months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required after submission
