Practice Overview Outpatient Internal Medicine in a single-clinic setting Physician-led organization with collaborative administration Dedicated APP support at all locations Strong clinical assistance with a 1:2 physician-to-MA/LPN ratio Average 18-22 patients per day for full-time physicians Telenurse triage for call coverage Schedule & Flexibility Monday-Friday clinic schedule (hours vary by site) Full-time 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Flexible number of days and hours with prorated options available Physicians can create schedules aligned with their needs No inpatient responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $304,478 (full-time) Performance Incentive Program for additional earnings $50,000 sign-on bonus $150,000 in student loan forgiveness 35 days of vacation and CME per calendar year $4,000 annual CME allowance Six paid holidays plus clinic is closed Friday after Thanksgiving, and there is a half-day on Christmas Eve About the Community Located in Central Illinois, the Springfield region offers an inviting mix of affordability, accessibility, and quality of life.
