Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med Surg/Telemetry Short Stay night shift position requiring a MO or compact license and recent specialty experience. Responsibilities - Position is located in the Medical Admit Unit within a hospital setting - Focus on Med Surg and Telemetry Short Stay patient population - Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, four shifts per week - 13-week contract assignment - Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment - Local candidates within 50 miles may receive adjusted pay rates per facility policy - Local staff may only complete three consecutive 13-week contracts and then must take a 1-year break or accept a new assignment outside the 50-mile radius - Blocked scheduling may be allowed depending on facility needs Requirements - Active MO or compact RN license required at the time of consideration - At least 1 year of recent Med Surg or Telemetry experience required - No work history gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months - All certifications must be active and not expiring within the first 30 days of assignment unless renewal is documented - Valid U.S. Social Security Number required Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-667588.
