12-hour night shifts (NOC), every other weekend - Estimated Weekly
Salary Range: $2200 - $2360 Registered Nurse Qualifications -
Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license - At least 1 year of
recent experience in Cardiac Stepdown, CVICU, or ICU nursing jobs -
Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS - Ability to work
12-hour night shifts and every other weekend - Strong clinical
skills in cardiac care and post-surgical ICU patient management
Cardiac Stepdown RN Responsibilities - Deliver direct nursing care
to patients recovering from cardiac open heart surgeries and those
in the Medical/Surgical ICU - Monitor, assess, and document patient
conditions using advanced cardiac monitoring equipment - Administer
medications and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare
team - Respond promptly to changes in patient status and provide
critical care interventions - Educate patients and families on
