Job Description:

work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of
Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years. Requirements: •
Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles
from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details:
Cardiac/Pulmonary Unit/Facility Details: All tele will have a
nurse-to-patient ratio of 1/5-7 Special Requests: Must be able to
start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP start dates are
required to start within 6 weeks. Shift & Scheduling: Every other
weekend 5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 11/27/2025,
12/24/2025, 12/25/2025, 12/31/2025, 10/31/2026. Number of holidays
allowed off: 1 2 references from last 12 months (Any reference
type) - required after submission Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life
Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • NIHSS (NIH
