Job Description:

work. Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with
some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 10 months of
Telemetry Unit experience within the past 3 years. Requirements: •
Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles
from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after
submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload
any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to
expedite your on-boarding process. Additional Details: Float
experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement.
Shift & Scheduling: • Start Date: 10/6-11/17 • Every other weekend
Must be able to start within 3 weeks of requested start date. ASAP
start dates are required to start within 6 weeks. 5 days maximum
time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/24/2025,
12/25/2025, 12/31/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1 2
references from last 12 months (Any reference type) - required
after submission Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life Support) • ACLS
(Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale)
