Job Description:

qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Peoria, Illinois, 61637! Pay
Information $2,218 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Radiation Oncology
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour days Hours per Shift: 24 hours
per week Experience: Minimum 2 years in PACU or procedural
experience License: Active RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Must-Have: Experience in procedural areas or PACU Description:
Facilitate multiple phases of care including pre-op, PACU, and
Phase II for Brachytherapy procedures. Conduct patient assessments,
medication reconciliation, pain management, post-op care, and
evaluation. Perform order entry and management, as well as patient
discharge. Utilize EPIC and ARIA for computerized charting and
medication systems. Work in a procedural space transitioning from
outpatient to inpatient care. Support all phases of care: Pre-Op,
Intra-Op, PACU, and Phase II. Work closely with another RN to learn
tasks and responsibilities. Ensure a nurse to patient ratio of 2 to
1 on patient days. Dress code consists of surgical scrubs. Clinic
operates Monday through Wednesday with a maximum of three
procedures per day. The role will begin with 24 guaranteed hours
per week and may increase as case volume builds. No lone working,
