Job Description:
Medical Assistant position based in Bend, Oregon, offering
$24.44 - $30.55 hourly depending on experience.
Supports a variety of specialties including family care, internal
medicine, pediatrics, and more, working alongside physicians to
ensure comprehensive patient care.
Responsibilities include patient escort and prep, recording medical
data, assisting with procedures, answering calls, and maintaining
equipment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED; preferred completion of an
accredited MA program and current MA certification.
Must have knowledge of ICD-10, coding procedures, and practice
management systems; two years of experience is preferred.
Physical demands involve standing, walking, lifting up to 50
pounds, and occasional bending or reaching.
Work schedule is part-time (20 hours/week), first shift, with
variable days and hours from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm.
