work. Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: --- 18 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of
Medical Surgical Oncology experience is required from any number of
months. --- Experience with Cerner is required from any number of
months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Illinois license
(required for submission). --- This role may require floating to
additional units and locations --- Local & travel allowed.--- Flu
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full year of
relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. Shift:
4x12 Nights () - able to accommodate 3x12s if a candidate prefers.
Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend. Certs REQ: Chemo cert
required. OCN and ONS/ONCC preferred. Special Requirements:
Required Chemotherapy Skills/Experience: Administration of
chemotherapy, Body fluid handling post Chemotherapy, Continuous
Infusion of chemotherapy, IV push administration of chemotherapy,
Management/disposal cytotoxic spills, Monitor chemotherapy, Oral
Administration of chemotherapy, Recognize/ communicate abnormal lab
values. Required IV Therapy/Infusion Skills/Experience: Accessing
Ports, Administration of coagulation factors, Antifungals,
Antivirals, Blood/Blood product administration, Care and management
of ports, Central line blood draw, Central Line/Implanted Line
Care, PICC line care, Starting IVs. Scrub Color: Any solid color.
Parking Cost: parking permit required, no cost. Will fill out form
during orientation. Candidate MUST WORK 2 out of 3 major holidays.
Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial must be away for 12 months
before applying as a traveler Details: --- AUTO OFFER - NO
INTERVIEW: Please request an interview for one match from this
facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager
if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this
position. All time off requests must be submitted at application.
Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly
upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require
a clear "Yes" or "No" response from the nurse within 24hrs or the
offer must be declined. Maximum days off: 5 days 1 reference from
last 3 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required after
submission 1 reference from last 3 years (Charge/Lead reference
type) - required after submission Proof of identification required
Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) --- ONS (Chemotherapy
and Biotherapy Provider)
