work. Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM Experience: --- 12 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of
Medical Surgical - Orthopedic Unit experience is required from any
number of months. --- Experience with Cerner is required from any
number of months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Illinois
license (required for submission). --- This role may require
floating to additional units and locations --- Local & travel
allowed.--- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious
and medical declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules may be
required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health
documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding
process. Additional Details: References must cover at least 1 full
year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.
Shift: 4x12 or 3x12 Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend Will
clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float to
other Med Surg departments as needed Scrub Color: Any solid color
RTO - we can auto-approve 5 days of non holiday RTO or less.
Anything more requires facility approval. Candidate must work 2 out
of 3 major holidays. Floating is 100% required of all travelers -
Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s
near by Background Policy to be noted prior to submission so we can
seek approval prior to offer Any PERM or PRN employee of Memorial
must be away for 12 months before applying as a traveler 1
reference from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference
type) - required after submission 1 reference from any number of
months (Charge/Lead reference type) - required after submission
Proof of identification required Certifications: --- BLS (Basic
Life Support) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
