Advanced Healthcare Services, LLC is a home healthcare agency servicing Central Illinois. We are looking to add another Occupational Therapist to our team.

We are certified and licensed by Medicare and the Illinois Department of Public Health. Our staff is highly trained, licensed and certified to provide quality care.

Responsibilities:
Develop therapy and treatment plans for OT orders.
Establish treatment goals and milestones with patients
Document and store treatment plans and progress reports
Update patient progress to relevant parties

Qualifications:
Illinois Occupational Therapy License
Ability to build rapport with patients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and patient demeanor

Job Type: Part-time

License/Certification:
Occupational Therapy License (Preferred)

Work Location: Multiple locations
