-Position HighlightsTAUC Team Lead: - We are looking for
experienced Paramedics who have 2+ years of clinical practice and
who are ready to take that next step into leadership. TAUC's Team
Lead position offers the opportunity to expand your clinical skills
while also participating in management training. Our fast-paced,
high-acuity urgent care setting offers you the opportunity to
participate not only in leadership training but also build your
knowledge base in areas such as Occupational Medicine, Inventory
Management, and CLIA certified laboratory services. This position
also will allow you to enhance your skills as a trainer.To be
considered for the Team Lead position, you should have the
following skills, characteristics, and experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a
clinical setting as a licensed ParamedicProficient clinical skills
surrounding urgent/emergent careAttention to detail to keep patient
flow and the site running smoothlyWork self-sufficiently on
assigned tasksEffectively communicate in a positive, helpful manner
with patients and team membersAn interest and desire to mentor team

and attain $23/hr after completing Team Lead training (attainable
in about 90 days). We also provide time-based raises and multiple
opportunities for performance and training-related promotions.
Employees are strongly encouraged to seek additional promotions and
$23/hr is easy to accomplish within nine months (often

to expand both your clinical knowledge and administrative skills.

promotions. Once your initial training has been completed, you will
become a Team Lead and can pursue other areas of interest such as
