Hourly Rates: $40/hr - $50/hr

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -Benefits:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

Current, valid LPN licensure in the state of Illinois
One year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care.
Current CPR certification
A positive, community drived mindset

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties:

Provide medical care for residents including taking vital signs and passing medication.
Properly and accurately document all actions and changes for each resident.
Provide oversight for - certified nursing assistants.
Maintain a positive attitude towards the residents and facility team members.
