Don't miss this exciting position for a FULL TIME Registered Nurse (RN) to join our NHC team as RN, MDS Coordinator at NHC HealthCare Maryland Heights. The ideal Registered Nurse candidate for this position should possess excellent time management, superior organization skills, and be an exceptional communicator.

Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to:

* Conducting and documenting accurate assessments of patients
* Interviewing patients and families
* Working with the interdisciplinary team to assure timely completion of resident assessment protocols and patient care plans
* Complete calendar for MDS time frame and ensure timely completion by all departments

Requirements:

* Must have Missouri RN ( Registered Nurse) license
* Must have superior communication skills and be an effective leader
* Must be flexible, caring, compassionate, and a team player
* Minimum of 1 year Long Term Care care planning preferred
