DirectorThe Managing Director, Global Industries, focused on
organic growth, will be responsible for overall success and
revenue/margin growth of assigned clients. This role involves
developing strategic account plans, building executive
relationships, and aligning client priorities with Iron Mountain's
solutions. Success will be measured by quota attainment, revenue
and margin growth, and customer satisfaction, retention, and
loyalty.Key Responsibilities:
- Account Leadership: Lead in global, collaborative environments
to manage account revenue and margin growth across all products,
coordinating internal teams to ensure optimal customer
experience.
- Relationship Expansion: Build strategic relationships with top
global partners, understand their business priorities, and
establish trust with senior executives to drive growth and share of
mind.
- Opportunity Qualification and Deal Strategy: Lead the strategy
and execution of transformative deals, including pricing and
contract negotiations, collaborating with internal teams to meet
customer needs.
- Training and Industry Awareness: Continuously develop skills in
solution selling and product knowledge, staying informed on
industry trends and market intelligence.
- Account Maintenance: Oversee internal resources for key
activities like business reviews and contract renewals.Skills and
Competencies:
- Results-oriented with a focus on growth and market
responsiveness.
- Executive presence to develop and maintain high-level
relationships.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills across
global teams.
- Program management skills for organizing cross-functional
efforts.
- Customer obsession with strong presentation and business case
skills.Business Experience:
- Over 10 years in technology sales, especially BPM and digital
solutions for large accounts.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior
leadership.
- Experience in the Insurance/Financial sectors.
- Leadership in managing global, complex accounts, including
Fortune 100 clients.Estimated salary range: $138,500 - $184,700
