    About the Role:
    The Sr. Manager of EHS (Environmental Health Safety) & Risk Management is responsible for supporting the EHS&RM Directors and being a liaison between multi-site functions. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Provide support to the site leadership team, aligned with Corporate EHS&RM, for environmental, occupational health, safety, industrial hygiene, occupation medical, and security issues.
      
      
    • 
      Lead cross functional Process Improvement Teams to address EHS and security site issues, formulate proposal for strategic and tactical responses, and advise site leadership of impacts and mitigation strategies.
      
      
    • 
      Monitors EHS&RM regulatory compliance within the Divisional area of responsibility.
      
      
    • 
      Support sites with strategic solutions that will support efforts to improve and maintain compliance as required.
      
      
    • 
      Analyzes incident data to identify trends and incident types that can be prevented.
      
      
      Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role that will require travel to support multiple sites.
      About You:

        Establish a strong working relationship with the organizational stakeholders and the operational leadership team and enable the site to effectively identify and mitigate EHS risks

        Trained subject matter expertise familiar with OSHA/EPA regulations
        
        
      • 
        Leadership skills, including the ability to achieve results by influencing leaders
        
        
      • 
        B. S. in Scientific, Engineering or technical discipline with 3+ years of relevant, multi-site experience
