Job Description:

A Missouri-based services organization is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a Senior and Remote opportunity with their growing staff. Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager (Remote) will:

• Provide direction and oversight to project teams to design, develop, deploy and sustain solutions that meet applicable business requirements
• Handle project deliverables, cost, schedule, and quality
• Allocate and directs resources to accomplish project tasks, maintain control of project schedules, and ensure project deliverable quality
• Ensure a set of releases
• Resolve issues and mitigating risks, escalating issues / risks when appropriate
• Act as the team's interface to IT and Business Partners; develop / maintain strong relationship with vendor teams and vendor management
• Support the business in defining plans to ensure organization acceptance of the new solution
• Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:
  • 5+ years Project Management experience in an enterprise IT system environment
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies (Agile & Waterfall), tools (Jira/Confluence/MS Project), and software development life cycles (SDLC)
  • Experience influencing/managing technical teams, including matrix partners and 3rd party vendor resources
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficient (Project, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Solid problem solving and root cause identification skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized Desired Skills:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other relevant field of study
    • PMP and/or Agile certifications
