Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Chesterfield, MO is interested in meeting with Registered Nurses that are driven to provide the best end-of-life experience to patients and families in our community. • 6 months to 1 year -of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience required preferred.
• Hospice or Home Health preferred.
• An active unencumbered state RN license.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical.
• Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.Benefits:
