investors.The Banking Strategy Product Manager will be responsible
for supporting and delivering strategic banking initiatives for the
firm. This product manager will partner across the organization to
execute on the firm's banking strategy and support the growth and
adoption of our banking products.
The Banking Business Unit is responsible for delivering
high-quality saving, spending and borrowing solutions, tools and
experiences that serve advisor and client needs and are fully
integrated with the firm and business unit's strategic vision.
From partnering with our Cash and Lending Product Teams, to working
with our branch experience, communications, and technical delivery
teams, your work will impact potentially all 7 million+ clients and
branch teams. Working in this collaborative and fast-paced

ever-evolving landscape.
Responsibility Summary:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external strategic
partners to develop and execute the firm's banking strategy to
ensure branch teams have access to quality banking products, tools,
and support needed to help clients achieve their financial
goals.
- Support the development, execution, and implementation of our
banking strategy roadmap. Gather data and insights and conduct
analysis needed to inform our banking strategy for our clients,
branch teams, and the firm. Participate in the development of an
informed perspective for what the Edward Jones banking experience
should be; recommend and support the tangible recommendations for
achieving that experience.
- Responsible for working with internal and external partners to
plan, design and deliver banking experience products, tools and
services.
- Contribute to shaping and driving the execution of business
plans and digital product roadmaps that align with the firm's
strategic direction
- Regularly engage in vendor partner relationships of significant
size, impact and criticality to the client and branch
experience.
- Ensure that marketing and change management support is
effective, aligned with key firm messages, and compliant. Assist in
the design of efficient and effective ongoing processes and
controls.
- Ensure that client and branch team service support is effective
and resolve issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to
integrate banking solutions and tools into existing client and
branch systems, creating an efficient and frictionless experience
for clients and branch teams
- Resolve issues as escalated. Determine root cause and apply
systems thinking to prevent future occurrences.
- Identify root cause and offer efficient, effective, and
innovative solutions to challenges.
- Regularly interface with product partners and peer contacts
(Eg. product managers, sales support coordinators, and operational
managers)
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the firm's banking product
lineup. Includes broad and some advanced knowledge of multiple
products, features, benefits, pricing, etc. and their relative
positioning in the marketplace.
- Participate in or lead certain additional responsibilities
specific to the team or area (Eg. training, product partner
coordination)
- Participate in broad division, firm, or industry initiatives
and events as needed to represent the banking strategy alignment
with firm strategy (Eg. cross-divisional projects, internal
committees, product partner events, regional events, industry
groups, etc.)
- 5+ years of product management required.
- Financial services experience, Consulting, or Client Experience
Strategy, preferred
- Vendor management experience ideal, but not required
- Series 7, 66 required within 12 months of hire
- Bachelor's degree required; progress toward advanced degree or
relevant industry designation(s) ideal but not required
Functional Knowledge:
- Broad and some advanced knowledge of product development
lifecycle
- Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and technical
aptitude
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Highly collaborative with a client-first service approach
- Solid written, verbal and presentation skills
- Intermediate proficiency with systems and tools such as MS
Office

Operations, Service, and Change Management.
