FamilyFarms--Group is--growing and is searching for a Full-Time Agribusiness Account Manager.--This position will work side by side with growers and internal--FamilyFarms--Group expert resources to assist in the implementation of farm goals and objectives that drive sustainable performance and financial--and operational--improvements--for the farm. Armed with--internal--training and the knowledge gained as an agribusiness professional,--Account Managers--assist in finding solutions for our--clients--processes to help them achieve dramatic improvements in productivity, quality, and profitability. This position requires--25-35% travel.--Remote (work from home) opportunities may be available.Responsibilities: * Uses business experience and acumen to--monitor progress and implementation of client's objectives and goals as identified within--FamilyFarms--Group--(FFG)--suggested resource initiatives--to create value, maximize growth and improve overall performance for sustainability. This may include but is not limited to--the following resource areas: management, operational structure and planning, inputs, grain marketing, human resources,--financial performance, and credit. * Assist in implementation and regular updates to client's business plans and standard operating procedures. * Participate in regular--farm--visits with assigned--clients--as required or requested by the--client--and/or Management. Upon completion of each farm visit,--a written status report--to be submitted to management. * Openly, respectfully, and professionally discuss business and organizational shortcomings with clients to provide valuable feedback and influence solutions for long-term sustainability. * Participate in monthly--client--phone calls--to--monitor the initiative process and to evaluate--client--interaction with--FamilyFarms--Resource professionals. * Partake--in Winter/Summer Conferences, Strategic or FFG Committee Meetings, and other trainings, as appropriate or as assigned. * Serve as a liaison between--clients--and corporate staff, vendors, and outside resources. Professional Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field * Minimum 5 years of direct supervision and management experience (Agriculture, Manufacturing or Engineering industries preferred) * Must understand and be conversational in a variety of business and--Ag--terminology and concepts, including but not limited--to:--HR (practices and laws), entity structure, grain marketing, inputs, agronomy, business financials and tax. * Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional--teams * Strong facilitation skills and ability to build relationships and interface with--clients * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (specifically, Word and Excel), CRM databases and Project Management tools (such as HubSpot, Teamwork and Trello) * Strongly prefer an experienced individual with Ag contacts and network familiarity Benefits: * Competitive Salary * Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending, Life Insurance, Company Provided Long Term Disability - and more! * Paid Time Off * Paid Holidays * Remote work--opportunities
