Job Description:
Constellation, a leader in the energy sector, is seeking an
experienced Supervisor for Mechanical Maintenance to oversee our
engineering and maintenance department. This role is pivotal in
ensuring that our mechanical systems operate at peak efficiency,
supporting our commitment to delivering reliable power and energy
solutions. The supervisor will lead a team of skilled technicians
and engineers in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement
of mechanical equipment. This role not only supports
Constellation's operational excellence but also upholds our
standards in safety and environmental compliance. Oversee daily
operations of the mechanical maintenance department. Develop and
implement maintenance strategies and schedules in compliance with
safety regulations and company policies. Manage maintenance of
power generation equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum
efficiency. Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a
culture of safety and continuous improvement. Collaborate with
other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and improve
operational efficiencies. Prepare and oversee the department
budget; ensure cost-effective resource allocation. Implement and
maintain accurate records of all maintenance work, inspections, and
compliance actions. Proven leadership and managerial skills. Strong
technical knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment in the
energy sector. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using maintenance management software. Ability to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE)
license preferred. Certification in Maintenance Management (CMM) is
a plus.
