Job Description Job Description Production Worker – Electronics Manufacturing Job Overview We are hiring Production Workers/Assemblers to support an electronics manufacturing operation. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail?oriented, hands?on, and interested in building a career in electronics or manufacturing. In this role, you will assemble electronic components and control panels while following detailed instructions and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Assemble electronic components and control panels using hand tools and soldering techniques Read and follow instruction drawings, wiring diagrams, and work orders Handle wires, connectors, and small parts with precision Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the production process Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals ? Qualifications Prior experience in assembly, machine operation, or manufacturing is preferred , but not required Ability to read and interpret diagrams and technical instructions Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality procedures Shifts Available: 6:30am - 3:00pm 3:00pm - 11:30pm Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olivette, MO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
