Job Description Job Description Full time Substation Engineering Manager - Electrical Utilities The Substation Engineering Manager is responsible for the overall engineering and maintenance of substations. This includes the design, construction, and operation of substations. The Substation Engineering Manager will also be responsible for the development and implementation of substation safety and security plans. Responsibilities: Lead the engineering team in the design, construction, and operation of substations. Develop and implement substation safety and security plans. Manage the substation budget. Coordinate with other departments, such as operations, maintenance, and construction. Monitor and report on substation performance. Advocate for the substation engineering team and its needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license. 10 years of experience in substation engineering. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
