We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor Field Operations to
oversee our field activities, ensuring excellence and efficiency in
our daily operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our
mission to deliver reliable energy services across the U.S., and
requires a dynamic leader adept in managing diverse teams and
complex projects in the fast-paced energy sector. Oversee daily
field operations and ensure compliance with company standards and
regulatory requirements. Manage and direct the activities of field
personnel to ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to
budget constraints. Lead safety meetings and training sessions to
maintain high safety standards among team members. Coordinate with
other departments for resource allocation, project planning, and
troubleshooting. Implement continuous improvement strategies to
optimize operational efficiencies and reduce costs. Monitor the
performance of field equipment and initiate maintenance or upgrades
as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on field operations and
progress for senior management. Strong leadership and team
management skills Advanced knowledge of operation and maintenance
of utility systems Proficiency in using field operation software
and equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and solve problems effectively Familiarity
with environmental regulations and safety compliance in the energy
sector Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is preferred Project Management
Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
