Responsibilities - Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to maintain pristine turf and landscape appearances - Operate hand tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes, and power tools including trimmers and blowers with safety and precision - Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, mulching, and hardscape setup - Support tree care activities like pruning, trimming, and basic tree removal using appropriate equipment - Conduct general property maintenance tasks such as snow plowing during winter months or seasonal cleanups - Follow safety protocols when handling equipment like excavators or other construction machinery to ensure a safe work environment Qualifications - Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred - Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or horticulture is a plus but not required—training will be provided! - Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is advantageous but not mandatory - Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new techniques in landscape maintenance - Valid driver’s license may be required for equipment operation or transportation purposes Embark on a career that combines physical activity with creativity!
