Learn more at www.verint.com Overview of Job Function: The HRIS Sr. Reporting Analyst is responsible for extracting and analyzing complex data from the Oracle HCM environments. In this position, you will identify and report on trends and patterns found within the data and make recommendations for business and process improvement. You will partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and expectations for permanent and ad hoc reporting requests to meet the analytical data needs. This position also serves as an SME in modeling the reporting solutions, reporting writing, and analyzing data flow for process improvement opportunities. The reporting analyst will be working with the HR, HRIS, and IT teams to build the reporting models and roll out the framework. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, analytical, and a natural problem solver who is driven to advance their skills by exploring application functionality and knowledge of SQL skills. Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities: + Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience + Demonstrate a client-oriented approach to HR data analysis and interpretation. + Work independently with the business users to determine the reporting requirements. + Participate in reporting requirements, planning and validation through operational testing to ensure the changes meet business sponsor needs. + Understand inter-departmental reporting requirements, design reporting models, and roll out various reports aligning with the data security. + Translate complex business objectives, and user needs into clearly written technical requirements + Generates reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of reports or queries utilizing Oracle HCM reporting tools. Assists in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. + Work with HRIS and HR team members in supporting day-to-day reporting needs, conducting data audits, and communicating the data results, with an emphasis on answering the business question on the analytical and reporting results. + Gathering, collating, and analyzing data, with consideration for the influence of missing information, outliers, plus semantical errors. + Learn to turn HR data into visually intuitive dashboards (Headcounts/Demographics/New Hires and Terms) that impact the organization's critical decision-making. + Experience in rendering HR Compliance Reports (EEO/Vets/California/AAP). + Process knowledge on various HR activities and working experience on Oracle fusion HCM modules (Recruiting/Compensation/Performance and Core HR) for creating OTBI reports. + Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS. + Support testing and roll out all projects/process improvements impacting the HR and IT departments. + Conducts training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Trains clients on new processes/functionality. + Maintains awareness of current trends in HCM with a focus on product and service development, delivery, support, and applying key technologies. Minimum Requirements: + Bachelor's degree in computer science or Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science, or related degrees preferred, or equivalent work experience. + 7+ years of experience in rolling out HR reports using various reporting models. + 5+ years of experience in working with HR management in rendering reports. + 3+ experience in implementing and rolling out Oracle HCM Fusion Application OTBI and BIP reporting tools. + Strong implementation knowledge of the reporting tools (Oracle Fusion OTBI, OBIEE, BIP, Tableau). + Strong analytical skills and the ability to present information in an understandable format. + Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding employment reporting. + Maintain good working knowledge of all HR areas (HR, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation). + Understands and uses qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. + Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulation. #LI-TB1
