We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Administrative
Assistant within our Abbott Rapid Diagnostics business located at
Lake Forest, IL. In this role, you will support the administrative
needs of the Vice President of Toxicology. This individual will
interact with key internal and external stakeholders.

diagnostic testing which provides important information for
treatment and management of diseases and other conditions.
* Assists with meeting arrangements, calendar management, travel
arrangements, expense reimbursement, invoice processing and other
administrative tasks as required.
* Provide general office support which may include, but are not
limited to: mail distribution, answering telephones, filing,
catering, ordering supplies, etc.
* Support with visa and other travel related requirements
* Develop and format presentation materials and reports as

* Complies with Company policies, operating procedures, processes,

High School graduate required, bachelors degree preferred.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite products
(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as well as proficient in the use
of general office equipment (e.g. fax, copier, laptop, telephone,

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult situations and/or
