knack for closing the deal and creating memorable experiences?
We're looking for a Leasing Consultant who doesn't only show
apartments, but helps future residents find their new home. The
Leasing Consultant works in conjunction with the on-site Property
Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the
community. What You'll Do: - Turn tours into leases by delivering
exceptional, personalized experiences - Showcase our community,
amenities, and lifestyle- not just floor plans - Answer telephones
and internet leads - Record traffic and maintain accurate records
and reporting - Maintain and update marketing information and
provide recommendations as appropriate - Process all paperwork to
convert applications to new residents - Follow up like a pro-
because timing is everything - Assist with day to day operations -
Support resident retention by creating positive first impressions
that last What You Bring: - Class A luxury leasing experience -
Strong communication with follow-up skills - High energy, positive
attitude, and attention to detail - Must possess the ability to
work independently and demonstrate good judgment - Must be able to

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm and rotating Saturdays,
