As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from day one. Responsibilities:

  • Enter packaging receiving and packaging transfers into Oracle
  • Schedule receiving appointments, enter into Oracle
  • Assist in arrangements for outbound loads
  • Complete daily, weekly receiving, and transfer reports for month end totals
  • Print work orders, transfers, rollovers
  • Accounts Payable processing and data entry
  • Complete job jackets, enter information into cover sheet and weekly usage report
  • Enter pallet location information daily and ensure accurate pallet location spreadsheet
  • Assist in weekly inventory
  • Cover front desk as needed
  • Assist Operations Manager with data and reports
  • Assist Production Managers with daily, weekly reporting, memos, clerical duties
  • Assist Maintenance with data entry, clerical duties.
  • Cross-trained with Distribution/Receiving Clerical
  • Other duties as assigned by manager. What You'll Need
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
  • Detail oriented
  • 10-key calculator ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Previous QC and inventory experience a plus
  • Working Knowledge of Pracle or ERP system a plus
